in der Tat hält sich meine Begeisterung über Ihre " Austellung" in überschaubaren Grenzen. Dies liegt zum einen daran, dass der KHM durch die Aktion Kosten entstanden sind, die zur Zeit noch beziffert werden. Auch die Idee mit dem aufgehängten Monitor fand ich nicht besonders gelungen: Ist jemand von Ihnen bereit zu haften, wenn das unprofessionell befestigte Gerät z.B. einem Arbeiter der Baufirma auf den Kopf gefallen wäre? Ich bin es jedenfalls nicht!

Schön, dass es für Sie ein gelungener Abend war. Wir sollten uns wirklich mal über die Grenzen der Kunstfreiheit unterhalten. In meiner juristischen Ausbildung habe ich gelernt, dass dieses Grundrecht einen sehr hohen Verfassungsrang geniesst und ich bemühe mich in der täglichen Arbeit, den Studierenden auch die entsprechenden Freiräume zu gewährleisten. Es gibt da jedoch auch noch eine Reihe anderer Grunrechtsträger, denen Sie mit Ihrer Aktion ganz schön auf die Füsse getreten sind ; ich hoffe, dass Sie das nächste mal darüber vorher nachdenken. Wir bauen das Overstolzenhaus für Sie, meine lieben Studierenden, um - von Okkupation und somit auch Reokkupation kann mithin nicht die Rede sein.
